Kurt before meeting with Obadiah: I'm optimistic that we build institutions and avoid new elections.

Kosovo's acting prime minister, Albin Kurti, has declared that new institutions can be constitutionalised, voicing hope of avoiding new elections.
Kurti made these comments prior to meeting with Democratic League of Kosovo chairman (LDK) Lumir Abdixhiku, the meeting called by Kurti himself.
You know I'm optimistic, because I have the good will that means to build institutions and, in this way, avoid new elections. Let's start with government again, good luck. We have a lot of started projects, a few blocks and a lot of new ones waiting for”, Kurt declared before journalists.
