Jakaj said that if the president's election is not achieved within this term, then the Kosovo Assembly is automatically distributed and the country goes to new elections.
According to him, in such a situation, extraordinary elections should be held within 45 days of the Parliament's distribution.
He has then added that” President Vjosa Osmani cannot announce the elections today, as after 00:00 a.m., the legal deadline of” expires.
“Sessance has started and has started to run 60 days. If within this term we have no president, the Assembly is distributed and the country goes to the polls, which can be held in May. Then, within 45 days the extraordinary” elections are organised, Jakaj said in”Click” of RTV21. /Periscope
