The IRC said in a statement on their Sepah News page that Naini “martyred in the criminal, coward and terrorist attack”.
Prior to his death, Naini had issued a statement insisting that Tehran was still able to build missiles, despite attacks coming from Israel and the United States.
Naini, who served as spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, had assumed that role in 2024 and was also a professor of social science.
It is another senior official among the highest officials of the Iranian regime who lost their lives, amid the mounting conflict that has erupted following American and Israeli air strikes on Iran. /Periscope
