Today during the day, parliamentary party groups held meetings regarding the president's case as the last hours approach.

The Vetevendosje Movement, the largest parliamentary party, has not yet officially proposed a name for the post, while officials of this party have been avoiding journalists' questions all day.

And so is the chairman of PDK, Bedri Hamza, said his party has a candidate for president without a preliminary agreement.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Albin Kurti's talks with LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku ended yesterday without an agreement.

If the president is not elected within the constitutional deadline, the country will go to the polls. /
