(2 hours ago)The Founding Prosecutor in Pec has filed charges against four defendants with initial T.B. , A.J. , A.K. and V.D. due to well-based suspicion of having committed criminal acts “Grabbitja”, “heavy exit” and “Help in carrying out the criminal offense”.
According to the indictment, defendants T.B. and A.J. acting as co-chairman on January 28, 2026 in the town of Peja are suspected that with the use of a dangerous tool and under serious tinkering of a money transfer point, they have absorbed the amount of 1,040 euros, performing criminal work “Grabbitja”.
The indictment also charges defendants T.B. and A.K. that on December 21, 2025, yes, acting as co-chairman and under the use of a dangerous means, they have robbed 620 euros from a drug store, performing criminal work “Grabija”.
Meanwhile, defendant T.B. Also charged with criminal activity “heavy theft”, since on January 27, 2026 allegedly originally attempted to break into a drug store, while then infiltrated another bar, from which he had received money and a mobile phone, causing material damage.
According to the indictment, the V.D. defendant allegedly helped commit the criminal offence of January 28th 2026, promising the defendants that she would hide after committing criminal acts and then carrying them by vehicle to various locations until they were arrested by Kosovo police.
The State Prosecutor, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Pec that, after managing evidence and conducting judicial examination, the defendants be found guilty and convicted by the law of criminal acts that are placed on them.
