Today, earlier, neither President Vjosa Osmani has agreed to comment on yesterday's Constitutional decision.
The Constitutional Court on Wednesday rendered the president's decree for the dissolution of the Assembly invalid. With that decision, the Constitution gives MPs an additional 34 days to complete the procedure and abolish the provisional measure imposed on 9 March. /Periscope
