The KP has also tried to take a stand by dean Puka for Hasan's claims, but the same has not returned any comments or answers to this day.
Hasan, meanwhile, also speaks critical of the prosecution, who, according to him, had closed the case after the first indictment. He even asks the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council to take action against the prosecutor, who was taken in his case.

Former Constitutional Court Chairman and Professor Hasani, on June 19, 2023, had presented his doubts to the prosecution that Puka committed criminal acts “Deception” by Article 323 of the Penal Code and “Forging documents” from Article 390 of the Penal Code.
According to Hasani, the lawyer's dean has lied that he performed the doctorate at the Jurydical faculty at the University of “La Sapienza” in Rome, Italy, while saying that Puka also has the subject of the doctorate conducted at the UPP.
