Hasani: I doubt the Constitution will impose temporary measures, so the elections are held as parties proposed

Former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has said that even if the Constitutional Court decides for temporary measures, it does not affect the constitutional terms that have begun to flow since yesterday. If the Court rules a temporary measure, it will be linked to Mrs. Osmani, not with the work of the Parliament”, Hasani has said.
He has said that if the Constitution makes a decision on such a move, the Assembly could continue working until the Court finally decides the fate of President Vjosa Osmani's decree on the distribution of the Parliament.
“However, I sincerely doubt the Court will impose a temporary measure. That would probably be the best solution, since the Court should not intervene in daily political conflicts. That meant the elections would be held as proposed Friday by opposition political parties in consultation with Mrs. Osmani, and that the Court would issue its ruling sometime during the summer, without behind effects”, Hasani said, in an interview for KoSSev, it broadcasts Periscope.
According to Hasani, whenever the verdict is made, the Constitution will annul President Osmani's decree, since the constitutional system is violated through it.
As for consultations on the elections, Hasani has said their fate depends on the Constitutional decision.
The outcome of such consultations and the elections themselves depends on the Court's decision -- whether the Court will decide a temporary measure or not” -- he added. /Periscope
