Hasan has said that last night after the launch of procedures for electing the president, the flow of the 60-day deadline has begun.
This arbitrary decree must be contested and the Constitutional Court must say the last word. This arbitrator should not be allowed, and this should not be entirely accountable to the Constitution. Last night, after the launch of procedures for electing the president of the Republic, the flow of the 60-day deadline has begun. The court should urgently impose the provisional measure to prevent further erosion of constitutional order”, he has told Kosovo Press.
Today's “Decret is completely unconstitutional and affects the foundations of the form of state power. The role and position of the president of the Republic is clear in the Kosovo Constitution and it is not the presidential system”, Hasani has added.
