In line with the prime minister's statements yesterday, Albin Kurti and EU Special Representative Peter Sorensen, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced that it is undertaking all necessary measures for full implementation of the Law for Foreigners and the Law on Automedias.
Foreign citizens at the border checkpoint, the White Law, have been notified of new measures by police officials, while Monday at all border crossings in the country will be initiated with applications for residence permits or address announcements. This decision has not been welcomed by foreign citizens at the White Law crossing.

We were notified of new rules about cars that are not allowed to last more than three months. We didn't like this, what if we wanted to stay more. And Albania's citizens did not welcome the decision.
This census aims to integrate birth data, marriage and death into Kosovo's official system, while foreign citizens are obliged to declare the address within three days of entry into the Republic of Kosovo. The statement can be made online or even at the nearest police station. / RTK
