US orders the evacuation of embassy in Kuwait following missile attack

Evacuation is expected to be carried out overnight by Thursday on Friday, while embassy staff have been asked to destroy documents and wipe out servers with classified information, the BBC writes, broadcast Dukaagjini.

The evacuation order comes after Kuwait's army announced that its air defence systems have backed a missile attack that had penetrated the country's airspace.

The “Operation resulted in the decline of several remains, which caused limited material damage, respectively, to a vehicle, while not reportedly hurting”, a Kuwait military spokesman's statement published on the X platform said.
