COHA has realised that the plenary session will begin by 8:00.
The Commission for Legislation has adopted constitutional changes proposed by President Vjosa Osmani on the issue of electing the president. Now the issue has advanced and constitutional changes will be considered at the plenary session.
The amendments were approved by 6 votes in favour. The two deputies of the Democratic Party of Kosovo voted against it.
