By this letter, we announce that on March 5, 2026, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo (in the next text): The court has accepted a request from you and nine (9) other deputies of the Kosovo Republic Assembly (in the text next): The Assembly, which requires assessment of the constitutionality of the presidential selection procedure”,
MPs and interest parties could submit comments by March 9th, the Court reports.
