According to Totaj, even though we are in mid-March, municipalities continue to have no access to budgetary funds.
He has raised doubts that the Ministry of Finance has earmarked about 100m euros from municipal budgets pending execution of final payments.
Totaj warned on a Facebook note that such an action could cause disorder in the functioning of municipal budgets and in the realisation of municipal projects.
