Bushat in a post on the social Facebook network, has said Kosovo is going to the polls because the compromise was considered the bad “word”.
Kosovo is heading towards early elections, because compromise was considered a bad word. However, parliament that will be constitutionalised by the new elections will also undergo the same formula for electing the president. That means political compromise will still be needed. A somewhat similar formulation has occurred in Albania's 1998 Constitution, which predicted that the president is elected by a majority named votes in a 5-round procedure in parliament.
