He has spoken about the anomalies, as he calls them, of electrical exchangers in Pristina and Ferizaj, which he says has done research on.
I've noticed an analysol in the units so I've investigated it. Of the 884 figures we've investigated in Pristina and Ferizaj 87% of them measure time wrong. We're not talking about a technical error but a fraud and manipulation. Millions of euros stolen from damaged families. Citizens are paying their price for the energy they think they have with their freedom after 10:00. We have also received calls from the government to save energy by using it more at night, but this is emerging as a fraud scheme”, he said.
Azem adds that the citizen has not abused the current, but according to him, has done so KESCO.
The reason for replacing the analogs with digital has been to steal electricity from the state. We see clearly that the citizen has not abused but KESCO. This means being billed with expensive taris at a time when it should be on a free fee. All those responsible should be convicted of investigating the billing system of KCO”.
He also demanded the resignation of the GREE board, the ban on price hikes, citizens' compensation, and criminal investigation by the prosecution.
