Rowers risk, police punish them with over 10,000 euros two young people in Albania

State police report that they have fined two young people after allegedly jeopardising vacationers by moving with floating vehicles off the coast.
Both were fined more than $1m or more than 10,600 euros.
According to the announcement, Local Directorate for Borders and Migration of Vlora, in collaboration with the Police Unit and DVP Fier, have tallied the director of a floating tool such as Jeth Schauk, which had sailed near the coast on the beach of Seman, risking the safety of vacationers.
