Antidrug operation “Delivery”, Prosecution gives details: Five people were detained for various criminal acts, seeking detention

In this operation, five persons have been detained, in various cases related to a residential facility where four of them are suspected of carrying out the criminal work {Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances or analogues, according to Article 267 of KPRK, and a person for the unauthorized computer access, in 277/D, and computer fraud, by Article 277/K under the Law. Penal of the Republic of Kosovo.
After an intensive investigative work, and the collection of relevant information regarding criminal activities in the field of narcotics distribution, four people suspected of distributing suspected narcotics substances of marijuana and cocaine in the Pristina municipality have been identified.
“Meanwhile, the state prosecutor in full co-operation with the Kosovo Police, has conducted raids on four different locations in the Pristina municipality. During these raids have been found and seized: a package of suspected narcotics substance with total weight weight weights of 1,117.5 grams, and two packs of suspected narcotics of marijuana type 2,221 grams, cash ready for 4045 euros, 40 pounds and 40 francs, two (2) cars, four (4) mobile phones, as well as twenty-five-five bags of suspected cocaine-type narcotics, with total weight of 11.9 grams <1x>, the prosecutor reported.
The state prosecutor has announced that within the legal deadline, he will apply for the appointment of any of the measures to ensure the presence of indictees in criminal procedure.
“Foundation Procurory in Pristina, remains committed to combating criminality and will continue taking all legal action for the complete white-up of the” case, the communique said.
