Weapons from Kosovo to Albania, detention measure assigned to 4 suspects

The Tirana court assigned security measures “to jail” against the 4 persons arrested Saturday from the “operation. Lockdown”, suspected of trafficking weapons from Kosovo and trading in Albania.

Gloris Nezaj, Renato Rumi, Klevin Caushi and Ardjan Caushi were left in the cell.

Those citizens allegedly, after securing firearms mainly from Kosovo, brought them to Tirana and were later modified and stored in the headquarters, A2 reports.

Eight firearms, ammunition, police radio, multifunctional vests and mobile phones were seized in the operation.
