Tik-tak, time is approaching: How long do candidates for president send signatures?

Time is coming, but Kosovo still does not have two candidates who will compete for the first state. If there were three names as options until yesterday, now there are only Vjosa Osmani, who has not secured the votes needed to get another mandate, writes Periscopi.
The deadline for electing the president ends on March 5th, and at least 30 deputies' signatures must be provided for each candidacy.
But until when do the candidates get their signatures?
Volnet Bugakku from Democratic Institute Kosovo's in a proposal for Periscope said there is no procedure limiting that until the candids are allowed to start signings at the Kosovo Assembly Speaker.
On the other hand, Bugakku did not rule out the possibility that by the last day, there may be candidates who receive 30 signatures and present them to the Assembly.
“It is the Constitution of Kosovo, it is the rule of the Parliament's work that sets a deadline until it is allowed that candidates for president, whoever is nominated or self-signed, submits the signatures to the Assembly of Kosovo. So, therefore, since we're on time-wise procedures, when we have to start procedures for the president to be elected, I don't rule out the possibility that even on the last day or the previous day, before March 5th, there are candidacys that offer or provide 30 signatures to the Kosovo Assembly. There is no procedure that limits, that until allowed, but provides the possibility that for president, candidates provide at least 30 signatures, and now I think that the two counter-Candids have the signatures open the possibility to call the election hearing of President”, Bugaq told Periscope.
We remember that Murat Jashar, in a proposal for VOX Kosovo, has refused the opportunity to assume the presidential post.
He has stressed that the Jashari family “belongs to all Albanians” and should not be included in common political calculations.
According to him, such a responsibility could be taken into account only under extraordinary circumstances, such as in the case of any civil war or situation that requires national unity and sacrifice, but not in normal political conditions.
And we're not going to sacrifice for this country, but not by misuse the name of the Yasar” family, he stressed.
Kosovo must elect the new president by 4 March to avoid further early elections, as current president Vjosa Osmani's mandate comes to an end on April 4th.
