Full Posting:
Today, in Washington, U.S. Congresswoman Keith Self personally handed over to me H.R. 6411.
This act is not symbolic.
It is an American state instrument to assess, document and exhibit: administrative equipment, exclusion from public institutions, language printing, discrimination in education, and economic marginalisation of Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
For the first time, this injustice no longer remains in the suburbs of diplomacy. It goes into the heart of U.S. policy, not as protocol, but as a moral obligation.
I thanked Congresswoman Keith Self on behalf of every Albanian in the Presevo Valley.
In a world where many keep silent,
Congressman Keith chose to speak out of principle.
