School Sports Federation: There is no danger for students after the Brezovica earthquake

In a public opinion report and parents, the Federation stresses that the programme staff is present at any moment near students, closely co-operating with the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) and the responsible structures of the ski centre.

“required verifications carried out in accommodation and activity spaces, and no risks or incidents are recorded,” reported in the notification.

According to the Federation, the situation is constantly being monitored, while in full co-ordination with relevant institutions to ensure maximum safety of students and staff.

The Federation has also called for calm, reassuring parents and public opinion that the students' security and welfare remain an absolute priority.

“Any new information will be officially communicated”, the notification concludes.

This announcement comes at a moment when seismic swings have created concern in the region, but thanks to the co-ordination of institutions and timely measures, the situation in Brezovica remains under control./Periscopi/
