The Kosovo Prosecutorial System has reacted after former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani said that “you have orders from the chief to hit Enver”.
Note says” The state prosecutor has issued authorisation to the Kosovo Police in order to take investigative actions, conforming to claims filed by Mr. Hasan on his high profile show that he has evidence regarding the case denounced by him, all in the direction of revealing incriminating actions of the person or persons suspected in this case, as well as providing additional information and evidence, in order to make the entire bleach of the” case.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina issues authorisation after statements by former Constitutional Court President Mr. Enver Hasani on “Justice Vow”
Pristina, 26.02.2026 state prosecutor, has carefully conveyed former Constitutional Court Chairman Mr. Enver Hasani, given on the “Justice Vow” show, broadcast on the date 25.02.2026, which has stated that in the case denounced by him, he was not invited by the prosecution.
In view of this situation, today, with 2602.26, the state prosecutor has issued permission to the Kosovo Police in order to undertake investigative actions, confirming claims filed by Mr. Hasan on the high-profile show that he has evidence regarding the case denounced by him, all in terms of revealing incriminating actions of the person or persons suspected in this case, as well as providing additional information and evidence, in order to make the case public white.
The State Prosecutor remains committed to addressing any issues that are put before him with professionalism and in full compliance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kosovo, in order for each case to be investigated overall and achieved justice for all parties involved.
