Banning two defendants for criminal work “accepting bribes in the private sector”
Ferizaj, February 26th, 2026, Constitutional Prosecutorship in Ferizaj, announces the public opinion that he has sought from the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, assigning the detention measure to defendants: B.B., Pristina and E.K. , Obilic, due to suspicion of criminal activity “taking bribes to the private sector” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
