Naim Murseli will again appear before the Constitutional Court in Pristina as suspected of killing his wife, Liridona Ademiaj.
The last session heard Mursel's testimony answering his lawyer's questions.
In front of the court, Mursel described the critical night of November 29, 2023, denying he planned the murder.
His statement lasted about an hour as the prosecutor declared that it would take more than two hours to question Mursel.
At last session, the court also released two other defendants, Cocall and Granit Plava physically from the hearing. It remains to be seen whether the same will be done today.
