It through a public call, addressed to Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti, the president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Bedri Hamza, the chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhik, and the chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has said that at this important moment for the institutional and constitutional stability of the Republic of Kosovo, beyond political differences and party interests, to build a consensus political unity for the election election of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, with the goal of avoiding the unnecessary institutional crisis, the threat of the Parliament and early elections.

Bajrami has said that at this time he expresses his readiness to make himself available to the institutions and political spectrum and citizens of the country as one of the consensual candidates for president of the Republic of Kosovo, as he has said, with full devotion to national unity, strengthening constitutional order, institutional stability and completing the process of statehood, in service of citizens and the European perspective of the Republic of Kosovo.

At this important moment for institutional stability and constitutional functioning of the Republic of Kosovo, I address the call that, beyond political differences and party interests, a consensual political unity be built for the election of president of the Republic of Kosovo, with the goal of avoiding unnecessary institutional crises, the risk of distributing

Given the complex geopolitical and security challenges facing the Republic of Kosovo, which requires state maturity, political unity and high institutional responsibility;

Taking into consideration the compelling need for sustainable completion of the statehood process, in line with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the principle of state sovereignty and the country's Euro-Atlantic orientation;

Praising the constitutional role of the president of the Republic as a unifying, over-party figure and representative of the political and civic unity of the people of Kosovo;

Based on my multi-year experience in all key phases of Kosovo's statehood since 1990, including institutional resistance, building constitutional order and crucial political transition processes;

Being one of the founders of all Kosovo's fundamental constitutional acts, as well as giving my political, judicial and institutional contribution during the Kosovo Liberation Army liberation war, in the post of realising the right of the people of Kosovo for freedom, self-rule and independent state;

Having direct experience in international negotiations on Kosovo's freedom in Rambouille and her independence in the Vienna negotiation process;

Deeply recognising the constitutional, judicial and institutional system of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the mechanisms of functioning of institutions in the local and international plans;

Building through years correct institutional co-operation, constructive political dialogue and mutual respect with all political subjects;

With conviction that I fulfil the professional, political and moral conditions for a consensual candidacy in the function of political unity and constitutional functioning of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo,

Express my willingness to make myself available to the institutions and to the political spectrum and citizens of the country as one of the consensual candidates for president of the Republic

Kosovo, with full devotion to national unity, strengthening constitutional order, institutional stability and completing the process of statehood, serving the citizens and the European perspective of the Republic of Kosovo.

At the same time, I highly appreciate the dignified, principled, formalistic attitude of my college colleague and friend, Prof.dr. Murat Yasar and the Jashar family, who in the spirit of national responsibility and respect for the historic sacrifice of the heroic family once again witnessed high national vigilance.

You, my readiness for continued institutional, academic and public commitment in defense of the liberation and fair character of the Kosovo Liberation Army war, as well as against any attempt to demonstrate it, or to review the key and discriminating history of the Specialised Chambers, contrary to the fundamental principles of justice and historical truth.
