Misethic also cited the testimony of international diplomats who have claimed that Thaci has instead appealed against violence.
“Thaci was not the person who could commit violence”, the lawyer quoted international evidence that had been called by Thaci's defence.
He added that the prosecution is trying to refute their evidence.
The SPS “claims that the internationals were not accurately informed, is a particular characteristic given the centralised manner of KLA communiqués and television interviews”, Misethic said.
