Kosovo's construction cost increases

Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) has indicated that Kosovo's entire Construction Cost Index (IKN) has scored growth for 0.5 percent in the fourth quarter (TM4) 2025, compared to the third quarter (TM3) 2025, reports the KP.

According to the AKS, in this period of growth has been noted at transport (3.5%); salaries (1.2%); other costs (1.2%); materials (0.3%) and energy (0.2%). Meanwhile, the decline is marked on machines (-0.1%).

Compared to the same period in the preceding year, TM4 2025 by TM4 2024 respectively, the Construction Cost Index has scored an increase of 3.5 percent (according to detailing data 3.6%).

The most significant increase in this annual comparison is recorded in energy (9.8%); salaries (8.1%); other costs (5.3%); transport (4,4%) and materials (2.6%). And the decline is recorded in machines.
