According to the announcement issued by the MPJD, bilateral relations and deepening co-operation in areas of common interest were discussed during the meeting, as well as current geopolitical developments and the importance of maintaining stability and security in the Western Balkans.
The report also stressed that the parties reaffirmed common positions in supporting Ukraine and rejecting Russian aggression, as well as stressing the need for continued co-ordination in the area of foreign policy and security.
At the announced meeting after the formation of the new government, Ambassador Hargrees congratulated Deputy Prime Minister Konjufca on the new mandate and reaffirmed the United Kingdom's commitment to close co-operation with the Republic of Kosovo. The Republic of Kosovo remains grateful for its stable partnership and continued support of the United Kingdom”, the report said.
