KAS: The Hague process risks distorting the historic truth of Kosovo war

In a statement, the KAS estimates that the process -- “in the form and frame it is taking” -- seriously risks deforming the historic and judicial reality of the Kosovo war, stressing that the liberation struggle of the people of Kosovo was a legitimate and necessary response to systematic violence, ethnic cleansing and war crimes exercised by Slobodan Milosevic's regime.
