The injured were instructed in regular law-civilal disputes.

According to the indictment, on March 26, 2023, about 18:08 minutes in the village of Equipmenta, the Podujevo municipality, after a disagreement between accused Besnik Salihu and now the late S.S., the sly accused and unexpectedly approached the late S.S. That he might take his life.

The indictment reportedly fired the defendant, shooting two shots at the head now of the late S.
