Constitutional publishes full bias for unconstitutional choice of deputy head of the Parliament

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo has published the complete text of the act of prejudice in the case of KO325/25, set forth by Igor Simic and nine other Kosovo Assembly deputies.

The indictment concerns the issue of electing the deputy head of the Parliament from the Serb community, which the Court has found to be in conflict with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
