According to the prosecutor, A.G., suspected of criminal activity “Use of official position or authority by Article 1414 paragraph 1 concerning KPRK Article 31”, while R.Z for “Keqmuse and Deception in public procurement by Article 415 paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 1 of KPRK”.
“Police investigators have conducted raids on several locations in Prizren and Ferizaj, including public company facilities “Eco Region”, as well as a private subject”, says more in the announcement.

Two suspects arrested for misuse in public prosecution
Pristina, January 26th, 2026 B.C., under orders from the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, has arrested A.G. and R.Z. on Monday morning.
A.G. suspected of criminal activity “Use of official position or authority by Article 1414 paragraph 1, regarding Article 31 of KPRK”, while R.Z for “Kerqum and Public Procurement Deception 415 paragraph 3 related to KPRC paragraph 1:x3>
Police investigators have conducted raids on several locations in Prizren and Ferizaj, including public company facilities “Eco Region” as well as a private subject.
The control order has been realised as an important procedural step, under the investigation that the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo is holding over allegations of a tender activity.
During the implementation of the control warrant, among the evidence were found and seized an AK-47 automatic rifle as well as cash.
The Special Prosecutor and the Kosovo Police re-focus commitment to the fight against corruption.
