Citaku meets French Minister Haddad: Seeking intensification of France's support for Kosovo

Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) Vlora Citaku has hosted Minister for Europe of the Republic of France Benjamin Haddad, with whom she has discussed political developments in Kosovo and the region today.
According to a PDK communiqué, Citaku has thanked the French minister for France's continued support of Kosovo, demanding that this support intensify, especially in the country's integration processes.
“Finance has been and remains one of Kosovo's main partners and allies. Her support has been essential to our country”, Citaku said.
It has called for France to encourage other European Union member states to pay more attention to Kosovo, at a time when the country's integration processes, according to it, have stalled.
During the meeting, Citaku and Haddad have agreed that the future of Kosovo and the region is in the European Union.
At this meeting, Citaku has been accompanied by PDK deputies, Gruda and Blerta Deliu-Kodra, as well as by PDK chairman Bedri Hamza's cabinet chief, Ardian Arifaj.
