“U announce that the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has made a decision to reject Prosecutor Valdrin Krasniqi's expulsion for dealing with the criminal case against accused Salih Zuba” is said in response.
In this case, accused are acting Minister of Internal Affairs Jalal Svecla, former President Drita Milakut, Salih Zyba and Victory Pacolli for “tear gas use” in the Kosovo Assembly, in 21.03.2018.
At the session of 16,01.2026, accused Salih Zyba, in the opening address had demanded the expulsion of prosecutor Valdrin Krasniqi, saying the same is the son of then Kosovo Assembly Secretary Ismet Krasniqi.
And as a result of this request, the 1601.2026 session was interrupted.
At this same session, the incumbent minister Jalal Svechla had not been present. The court had ruled that Jhelal Sveschla's procedure be singled out.
This criminal case is being addressed in the Pristina Court General Department with the only Judge Sabit Sadij.
