In this case, accused are acting Minister of Internal Affairs Jalal Svecla, former President Drita Milakut, Salih Zyba and Victory Pacolli for “tear gas use” in the Kosovo Assembly, in 21.03.2018.
At the session of 16,01.2026, accused Salih Zyba, in the opening address had demanded the expulsion of prosecutor Valdrin Krasniqi, saying the same is the son of then Kosovo Assembly Secretary Ismet Krasniqi.
