Ferizaj's municipality has announced that urban transportation of travellers will be temporarily suspended by January 27th, 2026. According to the announcement, suspension includes urban lines A, A1, B and C, and will last for an indefinite period.
According to the announcement, the suspension of urban public transportation has taken place after the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure has blocked the Pristina road segment Ferizaj Skopje.
Full Posting:
Based on Decision No. 01-18-26 of the Speaker's Cabinet, dated 22,01.2026, the Public and Emergency Services Directorate announces citizens of the Ferizaj municipality that, starting in 27.01.26 (c. Tuesday), the temporary suspension of urban public transportation of travellers to A, A1, B and C lines is temporarily suspended for an indefinite period.
The suspension of urban public transportation of travellers has been made because the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure has announced the deadlock of the national road segment (N2) Pristina (Ferizaj) Skopje, within the administrative boundaries of the Ferizaj municipality, due to the works under the “Entrance of the national road to Ferizaj” project. This situation prevents urban, urban-perferic and interurban transport operation.
We prefer to citizens that, for movement within urban bus areas, use urban-perpiferic and interurban transport.
We thank you in advance for your understanding.
