The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that, in close co-operation with the Kosovo Police and in full co-ordination with the Constitutional Court in Pristina, with special investigative measures, he has carried out an action on Pristina municipality officials, under suspicion of criminal act. The use of official position or authority by KPRK's Article 1414, and criminal acts of bribery under Article 421 of the Kosovo Republic's Criminal Code.
According to the report, during the implementation of separate investigative measures, three persons have been accompanied, including the municipality's official, A.G., have been arrested in public agreement on criminal work taking bribes under KPRC's 421, in order to help the injured achieve a fee for jobs he had handled under contract with the municipality. /Periscopi
