Through a Facebook post, Hamza indicated that with Malay, he discussed strengthening national ties and co-operation between Kosovo and Albania.
Other than that, first of The PDK said relations between the two countries go beyond diplomacy.
“They are brotherhood, history and a common future. Albania and Kosovo walk together, closely linked by values and responsibility to our nation”, Hamza wrote.
