At the Counting and Results Centre, the count of balloting is continuing according to the list of deployments for which the CEC has made a decision to recount.
“From the beginning of this process (c. Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, 18:00 hours) and so far ( Wednesday, January 28, 2026, 4:00 p.m.) has been renumbered about 85% or 2,156 out of 2,557 seats. So the total number of municipalities that have so far concluded the recounting is 32, already remain to be counted less than 401 locations belonging to the other 6”, CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has announced.
