Ukrainian president criticised the weakness of international institutions for failing to curb Russia. He said Putin's “stalling is now easy” rather than trying countries to protect themselves from Russia later.
For artificial intelligence and weapons such as drones, he said: “We are now living the most destructive arms race in human history”, adding that global rules for artificial intelligence must be established.
