LDK MP Krear Xhaferi has reacted to the Kosovo Assembly's failure to comply, calling this an unconstitutional and unacceptable operation.
After the government, we also have a Convention that is not binding, so it starts an unconstitutional function. Normally for us it is unacceptable as political philosophy that characterizes the Vetevendosje Movement, because this political stubbornness is holding institutions” hostage, Xhaferi said on the FIVE show at RTV Dukagjini.
He accused Prime Minister Albin Kurti of having no interest in the state, but only in power.
I remember that Albin Kurti is not interested in the state, but is interested in power. So this political philosophy of division, not unification, not co-operation, not co-ordination will bring us even greater consequences to the following”, he added.
Xhaferi stressed that even according to the Supreme Court, the current government would have to be in the Assembly rather than operate outside it.
The European Union in the letter it delivered 2-3 days ago, where it expressed its concern”, he said.. /Periscopi/
