“Sic you know, the Constitutional Court has already imposed temporary measures until September 30th. Regarding the merits of the case, the president will hand over her comments to the Constitutional Court on the case in question within the term set by the Court, tomorrow, September 9th. The President's position has always been that no one should have the right to block institutions, and therefore the state. As envisioned in 57 (4) of the Constitution, realisation of community rights is inseparable by the obligation to respect the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and not violate the rights of others. ”
