The former legal adviser to the Kosovo delegation in Rambouille, Paul Williams, will continue his testimony at The Hague.
He appeared at the tribunal Wednesday, called by Thaci's defence, and witnessed for a very long time.
Like the former diplomat and the first witness called by the defence of the former president, James Rubin who declared Thaci had no competence within the U. CK's to make decisions, so did Williams.
He spoke of the Rambouillet Agreement, until he added that he was called by Bujar Bukoshi on behalf of Ibrahim Rugova.
The former adviser also testified to Jakup Krasniqi's role in this agreement.
