Williams states Jakup Krasniqi had a positive role in the role of Roma, Serb minorities in Kosovo

Blerim Shala, Jakup Krasniqi and Fehmi Agani, according to the witness, have been with a working group. For the last, it says it was part of the delegation from the Democratic League of Kosovo.

Williams confirmed that he has helped the Kosovo delegation to the Conference in Vienna, as well as to draft the Constitution. During these processes, the witness confirmed that he met Jakup Krasniqi.
