“Buyer Bukoshi was reluctant to offer financial assistance for KLA”, Williams said, reports the “Justice Trust”, the Periscope broadcast.
He added Bukoshi had said that this money was destined for strengthening parallel education and parallel health care.
“They were gathered to finance the parallel system in Kosovo and finance parallel health care. He said he has two problems: We raised this money from the health and education diaspora, and here we want to spend it and I believe they used it for some of the refugees. Second: If you want money for weapons, there are other forms to do so and eventually they found a solution”, Williams said.
He said that according to Bukoshi, these tools were designated for use, and it was inappropriate to use them for something else.
He hesitated because of the competitive political nature and conditional funds and don't take it so literally that it's an American term. They were assigned to something else and it was inappropriate to be used for something else when they were not assigned to that field”, he said.
Before that, Williams said he remembered public statements from the KLA leadership calling on Bukoshi to provide funds for The KLA that was available.
The LDK, according to the witness, was very effective for collecting funds that part of controlling these funds was Bukoshi.
Williams also said that I don't know if it's true that Bukoshi didn't give tools for KLA.
He was also presented with statements that Bukoshi is giving money to friends and to finance murder and even to finance deserters. According to the witness, his impression of these claims is that they are not true and there is no information on them.
Some of Bukoshi's statements are allegedly issued by Jakup Krasniqi. /Periscopi/
