On Friday, even a closely linked business with the ruling party has been licensed by the Power Regulatory Office (ZRRE) for electricity trade.
“Energy for Change L. L. C”, owned by Erzen Krasniqi, leader of the Vetevendosje Movement Centre in Dragash, according to data on the official website of Vetevendosje, has been rewarded today with licenses for supply and electricity trade, Paparaci reports.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE), in which electricity supply activity licenses have been approved for two other companies: “Norweegian PX Kosovo S.P. K.” and “B Power S.P.K.”
ZRE Board member Ymerdin Misini said companies have met all legal requirements.
“documents have been met in line with requirements, as well as evidence. I think the app has been assessed according to the rules and in line with legislation for a 5-year period, like other licenses,” said Misini.
The liberalisation of the electricity market, which went into effect from August 1st, will enable companies licensed for electricity supply activities to determine prices at the market.
This permit was obtained today by the company “Energy for Change L.L.C.”, owned by Erzen Krasniqi, former activist and Vetevendosje official.
Erzen Krasniqi is that the weather activist of Vetevendosje. In the 2017 elections, he was part of the MP list. Since 2022, Krasniqi has been exercising official office in Vetevendosje. He is the leader of the LVV Centre in Dragash, according to official data on Vetevendosje's website.

In April 2025, it registered the company for electricity trading named “Energy for Change”, in which it owns 100% of the shares, based on public data near the Business Record Agency (ARBK).
The period of business registration by Krasniqi coincides with the closing deadline for businesses with less than 50 workers or below 10m euros in circulation annually to testify at KESCO to continue with regulated electricity tariffs. Companies that did not testify would be ready to appear in the liberalised energy market.
In July last year, the list of companies licensed by the ZRRE for electricity supply also entered the company “Management & Development Associations L.L.C.”, founded by Luan Dalipi, chief of the cabinet of Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
The company today is run by Driton Dalipi, the Lion's brother, reports Paparac, broadcast. Periscope
