As reported in KFOR's announcement, the Turkish Unit has taken over responsibilities from the ORF Multinational Battalion under the rotation plan supervised by NATO Joint Forces Command in Naples, Italy.
“In the following months, the Turkish ORF Battalion will carry out a series of activities along with other KFOR units ready to respond to any developments in the security situation”, KFOR report said.
“Such reinforcements increase the operational flexibility and readiness of KFOR to respond to developmental security developments”, the announcement continues. /Periscope/
