According to the prosecution's body, the group faces grave charges ranging from trafficking in adult persons, using prostitution and maintaining prostitution premises, to preventing investigations, illegal weapons and failing tax vouchers.
Following a pro-active investigation conducted in co-operation with the Local Police Directorate Fier, the illegal activity organised by the citizen O.P. was documented while the bar was managed by his associate K.H. Trafficed girls, coming from Uganda in March 2024, were initially recruited as dancers “trip dance”, but then, taking advantage of their economic and social status, they were forced to provide sexual services in the local “area.
The prosecution stresses that to prevent investigations, the O.P. provisionally shut down the bar and use a young girl with social problems as an extinguisher, O.G., to try to hide her tracks. Meanwhile, daily management of the club and girls kept the K.H., which according to investigations turned in the main organiser's profits.
During the raids, authorities seized $61,000, foreign currency cash, and two metal gloves reinforced for impact. The First Stair Stair Court approved the prosecution's request, setting the security measure “to jail” for the O.P. and K.H., while for the O.G. Set “duet display”. The two girls from Uganda were charged “due to display” and “halting their exit state”. /Periscopi/
