Tahiri: A head of the Parliament violating the Constitution can no longer be in charge

According to Tahiri, a chiefparliamentary who violates the Kosovo Constitution may be more at the helm of the Kosovo Assembly.
A prime speaker who violates the constitution can no longer be in this capacity.” wrote Tahiri.
Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha has closed the last session considering that the session has been constitutionalised, though it had not been elected deputy chairman of the Serb community. This was considered violations by the parties of the former opposition, which had not even agreed to go to the called chairmanship meeting.
