As soon as I arrived in Washington, the DC in R.C., on official visit invited to speak at the first panel of the Global Forum on Reform Coalions, organised by the World Bank and a number of prestigious institutions like Stanford University.
My presentation will be on the first panel with two ministers, one from Argentina and the other from Peru, on the subject: How to lead through complex reforms. In this Global Forum, I will present my findings and empirical studies, then conclusions of the International Conference of Governance and experiences from the path of reforms in Kosovo and the Middle East.
My main message to Sam is that the world is changing, and the concepts of public management should also be changed through deep institutional reforms and public policies worldwide.
This Sam being held at World Bank headquarters is the unique platform that unites global leaders, decisionmakers and academics, as well as prestigious institutions to share experiences on coalition building, leadership and implementation of reforms.
